Nomad Whisky Irish Single MaltNomad Outland Whisky is a collaborative blended whisky from renowned master distiller Richard Paterson and expert Sherry producers Gonzalez Byass. It is made with a selection of over 30 malt and grain whiskies aged between five and eight years old in Scotland. Following that, the whisky is shipped off to Jerez, where it is finished in Pedro Ximnez sherry casks for a year before it is bottled. Richard Paterson and Gonzalez Byass' master distiller,

the site is primarily comprised of light marl soils from the Tertiary period

It is compact and robust in the mouth

dark fruit and hints of rich

tropical fruit and green fig aromas

but this should hold well through 2030

Aromas of walnuts

a soft touch of toasted almond and a smoked note

with strong hints of melon and light notes of honey and loquat

It is smooth and engaging on the palate

then comes a gourmet side that ends with notes of almond

The textured palate is well balanced and flavourful with tightly woven

An intense amber colour with fine and delicate taste
